Financial Management Services


The Financial Management Service Package offers Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions including delinquency service and annual budget preparation. Associations may choose to utilize MPI solely for financial management services at a fixed monthly cost.


 

Basic Full Service Management


The Basic Full Service Package includes Financial Management Services as well as owner correspondence, administrative services and vendor interaction services. Meeting and site visit services are available upon request.


 

Enhanced Management Services


The Enhanced Management Service Package includes Basic Full Service with meeting attendance and site visits. This option allows Boards to budget their association’s management costs more effectively.


 

All Inclusive Management Services


An All Inclusive Service option can be added to the service choices above. This allows you to choose a flat fee that covers such items as postage, mailings and collection costs.


 

Consultation Services

MPI is available for Consultation under retainer. We are available as needed or for a one time need such as:

Services are billed on an hourly basis.

Our online access for all owners is a great tool for your association

Escrow Services

We utilize HOA Data Services, a third party escrow processing company, to provide instant access to most association documents and allow for quick demand request turnaround times.

Administrative Services

We handle all association mailings, paper and electronic, including budgets, owner notices and election materials.  We encourage associations and their owners to go paperless to save time, money and the environment!

Collection Services

We are here to help when it comes to the difficult task of collecting assessments from delinquent owners. Navigating this complicated responsibility can be tough and doing it right is important to protect the association.
