FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

 Our financial reports are used as management tools. We develop the yearly budget using historical trends which will transform budget development into a financial planning process that allows for contingencies.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

 We evaluate existing maintenance programs, analyze contracts, and oversee maintenance of common areas using checklists and computer reports. We prepare Request for Proposal and bid specifications and monitor contract completion.

ADMINISTRATION-COMMUNICATIONS

 We identify owner’s needs and resolve complaints by implementing proven strategies to overcome communication problems. We prepare effective meeting notices, management reports and letters and work with you on developing newsletters.

COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE

 We use our knowledge of laws, civil code and documents to avoid potential problems. We advise you as to your roles of Board and Committee duties and when to consult your Attorney, CPA, or Reserve Study Engineer.
