Our Company

We incorporated October 1984 and started business April 1985. We still manage the first client that signed with us on April 1, 1985. We manage Common Interest Developments, Condominium Homeowner Associations, Planned Unit Developments and Stock Cooperatives.

The company is a member of Community Association Institute (CAI) as are all managers and the CEO. The CEO and managers are members of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

The company is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) one of 150 Nationwide and one of only seven in the Greater Los Angeles area. AAMC is the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.

We provide financial services to nearly 100 clients, including approximately 10 high-end communities with staff. We also provide additional full service management services to approximately 35 selected communities under the name Management Professionals. Concept Seven LLC, our business partner, provides full service management to the remaining communities.

It is our corporate belief and daily working policy that we provide the best possible service to your association within the contractual guidelines established by your documents and contracts. We believe that each owner is a client and we treat him or her in that manner.

Education is important for our staff. We provide our staff with on-going education through Community Association Institute (CAI), California Association of Community Managers (CACM), monthly trade magazine articles, in-house training and weekly staff meetings.
